Swedish

This dreamy form of massage increases circulation and relaxes tired muscles using long, fluid strokes.

Deep Tissue

Using many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense and more focused on the release of chronic muscle tension or knots
(also known as “adhesions”).

Sports

A system of deep pressure movements and compressions designed to remove toxins stored in the muscles  and facilitate in the healing of the body’s soft tissue.

Hot Stone

Heated, smooth Basalt stones are placed on key points of the body to relax the muscles, increase circulation and calm the nervous system.

Bamboosage

Escape to the warm, tropical breezes of the islands.  Bamboo massage is done with Swedish or deep tissue pressure using bamboo and rattan sets that are warmed to provide the ultimate relaxation.
($15 additional fee)

Chair Massage

Sitting in a massage chair opens up the back muscles, relieves strain on the neck and provides a gentle respite for the eyes.  Even 15 minutes of massage to the neck, back, arms and hands can increase circulation, returning energy levels and helping to keep the body injury free.

Mommy-To-Be

Designed to relax and relieve the added stress placed on the muscles and joints of the body during pregnancy using a variety of techniques specific to each mother’s needs. (2nd and 3rd trimesters)

Chinese Cupping

an “ancient medical treatment that relies upon creating a local suction to mobilise blood flow in order to promote healing.” ($15 additional fee)
